SYNOPSIS
While the Gundam series is most known for it’s emphasis on war and the titular robots role in them, in 1988 Sunrise decided to make a series that focused on the real world repercussions of war as seen through the eyes of an 11 year old named Alfred Izuruha. What follows is one of the most dramatic and emotional Gundam series of all time as it truly shows that the harshness of war more often than not can…and will break the fragile bonds of innocence. The boys go over the show, dig deep into Gundams history, Jahmere explains why this show almost drove him to tears, and the guys try to figure out why the animation studio decided it was best not to give Alfred pants.
