SYNOPSIS
Is this a Zombie? Yes. Is it a good show? It could’ve been. The show showed a lot of potential in the first 3-4 episodes showcasing a silly premise with an interesting and serious backstory. However, after the 6th episode, the guys quickly found themselves watching yet another stereotypical harem show that did nothing to deviate from its predestined fate. The last two episodes really showcase this, as they are nothing but fanservice one offs. Hopefully season 2 will shed more light on the characters backstory and actually take its time, rather than rush forward and expect the viewer to just follow along blindly with a plot that at times truly left the guys scratching their heads. It is pretty hilarious though, so if you like funny anime, give it a watch.
