This OVA was terrible, we feel cheated for even having bought and watched this thing in the first place. Huge plot holes, and terrible pacing make us question why Phantasia was even made in the first place. Even as a quick cash grab, theres no excuse for this level of lazy animation. Avoid at all costs, or watch at your own peril. You have been warned….
