The Philosophy of DBZ – A3K Radio

Welcome back to our third season of A3K Radio. Expect some experimental changes this season on A3K Radio. This is my opportunity to have fun and put together a podcast that is suited to my personality. If you’ve listened to the network over the years, you probably know that I’m a casual anime fan. I will watch anything for fifteen minutes and once in a blue moon, I will feel compelled to watch an entire series. That’s why I don’t review too many anime series. What I do enjoy is speaking with people about their passion for anime. That’s why I always have guests on my program. So expect to hear from people other than myself in this program.

Each week we will intro the show with a mystery theme song. We will give our listeners a chance to guess the theme song in our comments. The answer will be announced after several incorrect guesses.

Derek Padula was kind enough to tell us about his book and journey into the east. This interview just goes to show you that everyone has a story. You look at the book and his philosophy on Dragon Ball a little differently after hearing what he’s gone through and experienced. The book is only 2-3 bucks, go out and support a fellow anime fan and redistribute some of the power. Love us or hate us, we’re just trying to create a network for fans that like to produce podcasts.
