Best Cloudscratcher promo there ever was.

Also since Sean thinks “that era of hip-hop is over”…

    Speaking of good rappers…

Courtesy of the excellent MadWorld and Anarchy Reigns soundtracks we have Ox, Doujah Raze, Vstylez, Sick YG, Skitz the Samurida and a bunch of others. As far as more famous artists go we have Nujabes, Kanye and Eminem who have already been mentioned as well as B.o.B, Tech N9ne and one of my absolute favorites, Hopsin. Just listen to this shit:

I officially declare this comments section to be hijacked with posting high quality, true hip-hop the radio will never play. Learn y’all a li’l som’m-som’m.

I’m more of a jazz guy than anything else, so I’ll recommend that everyone check out Soil & Pimp Sessions. They’re a Japanese group that you may know for doing the opening music for Michiko to Hatchin. Here’s one of their songs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axzOcH9KhN0

I wonder how much Sean misses Ultimate Warrior now.

JD was VIOLATING! Nujabes was super awesome, and when I heard he died, Bane might as well have lifted me over his head, then snapped me over his knee.

I love Eminem, but Jay Z said he’s overrated, so I guess I should just totally reverse course on that.
