It’s been awhile, but The Other Side once again brings you a look at a few more individuals to rubberneck at. This time, they’ve found a couple rather big names within the anime fandom, proving once again how much of an embarrassment the anime fandom can be. From the flagrant racism of Humon, to Ken Ashcorp’s crimes against music, to the cult of virgin weaboos who worship ZONE. All this, and find out why Cody has a bone to pick with Tim Schafer, and why all y’all need to be watching a certain popular YouTuber, if you’re not already.

About the author

The ever-controversial shock jock of Anime3000, and host of The Other Side (alongside Andrew Erickson and Max-Vader), and frequent guest on the A3K Podcast. Blunt, unfiltered, and politically incorrect, Cody's podcast appearances are not for the thin skinned. And be sure to check out his 90's cartoon throwback comic, Cloudscratcher!

Sweet I hope this means there can be another Oh Japan podcast because that along with the LLE have some of my favorite bits. hopefully with Bonglorio maybe

  • Normality

Hearing the name ‘Tom Preston’ makes me want that podcast to exist now.

    And speaking of Preston/Dobson:

  • Kerberous

I am soooo glad that no one I give a shit about agrees with these SJW rejects. Tim Schafer, Joss Whedon, Matt Lee(watch Cheshire Cat Studios to see why he is a moron and fascist) can all go to hell for all I care. I do know that it’s inevitable that someone whose work I enjoy will turn out to be one of these nutjobs, I just really hope it’s not Hidetaka Miyazaki.

I wish every game developer/journalist was Hideki Kamiya.

And holy shit, where do you find all these guys?

    • Normality

It’s the internet, you just have to know where to look (i.e. Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, dA, sites like that).

    • Well it’s not really hard to find Ken Ashcorp and ZONE, a (sadly) sizable amount of the anime fandom absolutely worships these two chuckelfucks.

  • Cecilthedarknight_28

Fuck Phil Fish with a cactus dildo, that is all.

  • Mikel Crawford

As for Midna, browsed through /d/’s Shortstack thread (midget porn) and Midna’s imp form was there as well; I assumed she made it through the Loli FireWall due to her huge hips in that form.

Also, for rule (or should I say Law) 34:

    • Does /d/ stand for “desperate”?

      • Mikel Crawford

Dickgirls actually; it’s we’re all the worst hentai fetishes were stored on. The only exception were beastialities (except for monsters fucking women), Yiffs, and, off course, Lolis and Shotas.

        • So, basically it does, then?

          • Mikel Crawford

You could say that; it’s the second filthiest board on 4chan (the filthiest is /b/)

          • Devin Wolfe

            /b/s fun to browse.

          • Derek Johnson

Weren’t you that one guy with the “hurr go Anonymous we are legion” shtick for a while?

          • Devin Wolfe

It’s really not a shtick some of my views happen to come in parallel with their’s And way back to the topic at hand /b/’s the kind of place where people can just be themselves because there is no login system everyone is an anonymous user so it’s much more fun than than say Facebook.

          • Mikel Crawford

            That confirmed that you’re a /b/astard.

          • Devin Wolfe

            The term is /b/tard.

          • Kerberous

Human restraint is probably the only reason you’re still alive, you moron. If survival of the fittest existed everywhere on the planet, you can be sure that autistic neckbeards would be the first to get wasted. There is nothing wrong with inhibitions or restraint. It’s actually a sign of a civilized world.

          • Devin Wolfe

I was going more along the lines of social restraint I really guess I should a have made that clear. /b/ and to the greater extent 4chan itself is a place where you don’t need to be socially acceptable your views don’t have to agree with others, you don’t need to hide behind a facade of yourself to fit in. It’s kinda like perfect chaos in a way.

  • Derek Johnson

Mind linking to that panel Littlekuriboh did? I need to see this for myself.

    • I don’t think there’s a video of it. We heard of it from someone who was there in person.

  • I wouldn’t fault Max for not having known about Jughead before. Aside from the goofy music and cartoon shows, the Archie Comics empire hasn’t penetrated the entire planet with it’s typical teen-age dribble, though a good starting point may be this famous MAD Magazine cartoon I could point to (Harvey Kurtzman was a GENIUS!)…
