If you haven’t seen Hero Tales by now, chances are you either don’t care for a series steeped in Chinese folklore with a generic protagonist, or you just haven’t heard of it.
But that’s ok, because we’re going to tell you why we thought this show was great, just not in the way that you’re thinking. Unfortunately, not even a show with epic falcon punching can save from it’s mediocre story, characters, and setting.
