SYNOPSIS
Just when the boys thought that Phantasia had taken all the steps back one could take for a series, we they were “gifted” with their next anime abomination “Tales of Eternia.” Unlike Phantasia, Eternia doesn’t even try to move it’s plot forward, instead relying on a standalone story set at the midway point of the original game. This wouldn’t have been a problem, except the story fails to makes you care for the characters and doesn’t succeed in moving the plot forward for the entire 13 episode series. It’s the first anime in 3 years that the guys havent finished for the podcast, want to hear why? Of course you do!
